Shipment is made exclusively with UPS Express Saver – always as an insured package. We ship available goods on weekdays, so that you usually receive your shipment within 1-2 weeks after receipt of payment.

Goods which are not available in stock or which are not manufactured require a period of 3-5 weeks from receipt of payment until dispatch.

The shipping costs depend on the respective country. The different costs are to be taken from the following table:

Deliveries to non-EU countries can be made by sending an e-mail request to info@ralfkellenberger.de . For deliveries to non-EU countries we do not charge VAT (net invoice). Therefore, a customs duty and import sales tax may be levied on the recipient. The supplier has no influence on whether and to what extent foreign customs duties are levied.

Returns of orders

1. If the 14-day right of cancelaltion is exercised, the consumer shall bear the costs of returning the goods..

2. In exceptional cases, the 14-day period for returning your order may be extended. For this without exception a previous written arrangement is necessary.
